Top Right Boi

Today I am happy to share with you a puzzle that was created for SnapDragon so that he can solve it on Sudoku Twitch Train which is currently taking place :-)
The exact moment this puzzle is published, SnapDragon is starting his part of the 48 hours sudoku stream!
Testers' estimated difficulty is somewhere between 4* and 5*.
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.

Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into nine orthogonally connected nine-cell regions, and place the digits 1 to 9 once in each row, column, and region.

Top Right Boi: In each region, the rightmost cell of its topmost row is a doubler. Value of a doubler is twice its digit. Digits cannot repeat in Top Right Bois.

Bottom Left Boi: In each region, the leftmost cell of its bottommost row is a nullifier. Value of a nullifier is 0. Digits cannot repeat in Bottom Left Bois.

White Region Dots: Cells joined by a white dot belong to the same region and contain consecutive values.

Black Region Dots: Cells joined by a black dot belong to different regions and contain values where one is double the other.

Arrow: Values along an arrow sum to the value in the attached circle.
