Cliff Diver (Rossini Killer Sudoku)

This is an installment in the Zodiac series.
Normal sudoku rules apply. Also, the nine orange cells contain a set of nine distinct digits.
Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the indicated totals.
Rossini: Arrows indicate the direction in which the first three digits in that row or column (nearest the arrow) increase or decrease. For instance, r5c1 < r5c2 < r5c3. If no arrow appears adjacent to a row or column, the three nearest digits must not be in increasing or decreasing order (that is, the central digit must be the highest or lowest).
