RULES:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Parity lines: The thick and thin red lines are parity lines (i.e. alternate between even and odd).
Split Ends: Each parity line sums to a two digit number. These two digits are at the start and end of the parity line, in some order. (For example, if the ends of the line contain the digits 4 and 6, then the sum is 46 or 64.) Different lines can have different sums.
Kropki Dots: Digits connected by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio (i.e. one is double the other). Not all black dots are given.
Solution code: The digits in Row 4, left to right.
