PALINDROMES - Cells equidistant from a line's center must have the same value.
SLOPPYCAT CELLS - Place exactly one Sloppycat Cell in each row, column, and box. Each must contain a different digit. The value of a Sloppycat Cell is *one less than* the digit in the cell rotationally opposite itself in the grid (180° rotation about the center), regardless of the digit in the Sloppycat Cell.

I don't know what you're all thinking with these 3-star ratings, that tied me into a pretzel. 4 stars at least. Really cool that this works, and with a great pun and visual theming.

Really loved how sloppycats can define digits all on their own. A normal copycat palindrome puzzle can't do that without some extra information. Thank you for setting it!
