Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Correctly placed digits will clear fog from their cells and may clear fog from other cells. Guessing is not required.
Greater Than Symbols: A greater-than symbol points toward the smaller digit.
Parity: Digits in cells marked with squares of the same color share the same parity.
One Max: There is exactly one cell in the grid that contains a digit larger than all of its (up to 8) neighboring cells.
Ranked Quads: Each 2×2 area of the grid is read in western reading order to form a four-digit number, giving a total of 64 such numbers. Circles in the center of a 2×2 area show its rank among all 64 numbers, where 1 is the smallest and 64 is the largest. White circles show the true rank, while black circles show an incorrect rank. All four-digit numbers are different, so there are no tied ranks.
Letters: Each of the letters A,B,C,D,E,F,G represents a digit from 0-9. All instances of the same letter represent the same digit, and different letters may represent the same digit. Two-digit numbers may not have a leading zero. It is known that C = B + 7.

This puzzle was simply magnificent. And that ending flourish was beautiful. But if there was any puzzle that deserves a "notes field" it is this one. Also the solution code should be "harder" - I had those letters determined way before I had all digits filled in.

Thank you so much for the feedback, glad that you enjoyed it!
I agree with you that a "note field" would have made it a bit easier to follow, but unfortunately I didn't know how to add one in SudokuMaker therefore I published it without one :/
I also changed the solution code :)
