DON'T CALL ME SHIRLEY!
RULES
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
GERMAN WHISPER: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by at least 5.
RENBAN: Digits on a magenta line form a non-repeating consecutive set in any order.
KILLER CAGE: Digits in a cage do not repeat, and sum to the small number in the top left of that cage.
REGION SUM LINE: Box borders divide blue lines into segments. Each segment sums to the same total. Different lines may have different totals.
KROPKI: Digits either side of a white dot are consecutive. Digits either side of a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio (one is double the other).

Surely a 2* ;)

Nice puzzle but as others have pointed out, it’s nowhere near a 1* (I’d say 2*, but closer to 3* than 1*).

-- Perhaps this is an insight into how people are inclined to rate the puzzle at the difficulty it was posted with. This was a tough one to rate imo, easy if you look in the right places, hard otherwise. I now agree with 2*, but not sure if I can actually change that anymore -Cassinii

level 1 means you can give the puzzle to a beginner, and they can do it without coffee.
does this qualify ? not even close.

level 2 means you can give it to a beginner, and they can do it ... somehow. does this qualify ? probably not.

assuming, of course, that the ranking system actually has a consistent meaning.

and yet ... this puzzle IS "very easy", even for beginners, as long as you focus on studying the behaviour of the 68 pair.

Nowhere near a 1*, a solid 2*. Good puzzle, just far too much insight needed for this to be considered 'very easy'.

Great puzzle, thanks Cassinii! I made a video of solving it for my YouTube channel -- feel invited to check it out! It also includes some backtracking as I made one error in the middle... :o https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvoN8E5Kjc0

-- Just watched your solve, great job! Left a comment ;) Thanks for solving!

I hit a wall early, thought for sure it was beyond me, and then the clouds parted, the sun shined, and I was enlightened. Wonderful, wonderful puzzle.
