Normal Sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 so that each digit appears once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Tesbus Cages: A cage cannot include every digit from another cage - in other words, no cage is a subset of any other. Digits in a cage do not repeat.
Arrows: The digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.
Solve online: Sudokupad Penpa+
Solution code: The caged digits in column 1 from top to bottom (7 characters)

I really like this constraint! Works in different ways with the arrows to make a cool break in and a couple of other leaps forward along the way.

Brand new logic to me, that was a fun intro! Still definitely need to wrap my head around the rule (and how to notate it) can't wait for more! It might be helpful to have a notes section like some of the Marty Sears and Juggler puzzles have to write the different possible cage options you have.

Definitely a nice puzzle with an interesting constraint that did so much work!

A LOT harder than its 2* rating, at least 4* in my opinion. Requires some very specific spotting to solve and only really starts solving smoothly once you're past half way.

Excellent introduction to the novel cage rule, with a range of different logical deductions. Very nicely done.

I absolutely loved that; brilliant use of the cage uniqueness right through to the end.
