ICHIKARA
• Divide the grid into regions. A region contains the numbers from 1 to N once each, where N is the largest number in the region.
• Regions may also contain empty cells.
• ? stands for any number.
Solution code: The region size (largest number) of all cells in column 5.

The puzzle flowed very nicely, although I kept making mistakes by missing possibilities. A worthwhile workout for my brain.
