Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Arrow sudoku rules apply, where digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the bulb attached. Digits may repeat on an arrow if other rules allow this.
- Additionally, arrow tips point to a digit that equals the arrow sum (circled digit). The arrow sum can be one or more cells away from the arrow tip.
