Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.
Divide each cage into two orthogonally connected regions such that the sum of digits in one region have a 1:N ratio with the sum of digits in the other region (where N is the small digit in the top left corner of the cage).
Digits may repeat in a cage.
Black dots lay between digits in a 1:2 ratio AND on region borders. Not all dots are necessarily given.
One cell with a purple diamond contains an even digit and the other an odd digit.

Here's a simplified 4x4 version to introduce the cage logic if needed.
To the best of my knowledge this is a new ruleset, but let me know if you've seen it before! I hope you enjoy! good luck :)
Solution code: Enter the digits of row 4 then column 3 with no spaces

The breakdown at the end was very satisfying! It's like everything that had been set up came together, and the puzzle was finished before I knew it.

turns out I left in an extra rule that was wasn't used in the uploaded version of the puzzle. Thanks dzamie for noticing! I also made the rules a bit more succinct.

That's pretty clever! I'm not sure if the "unique way to divide the cage" rule came into play, but I really enjoyed the math behind the odd digits out.
