I felt like doing Global Entropy again - hope you all like it!
----
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Global Entropy - every 2 by 2 box of cells must contain a low digit (1, 2, or 3), a medium digit (4, 5, or 6), and a high digit (7, 8, or 9).
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot are in a 2:1 ratio. No negative constraint.
- XV sums - digits separated by X sum to 10; digits separated by V sum to 5. No negative constraint.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits on a green German Whisper line differ by at least 5.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line differ by at least 4.
----
Accessibility note - the only GW is the square connecting boxes 1 and 5; the other boxes are Dutch.

Puzzle:

I love negative constraints, keeps things interesting until the end. Fun puzzle, one or two very subtle deductions.

I love colouring puzzles. Finding the break in was nice. Not too hard. Loved having to need the global entropy right to the very end.
