Cells a chess knight's move or a chess king's move apart cannot contain the same digit.
Numbers in cells joined by arithmetical symbols must complete the equations. These equations can only be horizontal or vertical. Normal arithmetic precedence applies, ie multiplication before addition eg. 1+6+9=5x3+1.

Nice puzzle, especially if you like math-heavy ones! The rules for the arithmetical symbols are missing on the Sudokupad site.
