Normal sudoku rules apply. Cells adjacent to an X add to 10. Numbers in cages must sum to the number in the top corner of the cage. Numbers cannot repeat in a cage. White dots separate consecutive numbers. Cells on pink Renban lines are a group of consecutive numbers in any order on the line. Adjacent cells on the green German whisper lines must differ by at least 5. Cells on grey sequence lines must be the same amount apart and in order. E.g. 111 456 2468 147 Cells on blue region sum lines must sum to the same amount in each 3x3 region.

Should mention in rules that this is dynamic fog. I found this to be 2 - 3 star. Challenging but the logic continues through to the end of the puzzle.

I don't know, I've tried this five times and always end up in the same dead end with boxes 4 and 7. It's very uncommon to have this in fog sudokus where you are getting confirmations that you are on right track.
EDIT: Realized the gray lines fooled my brain into thinking the renbans need to be in order as well. All in all, this was the messiest solve I've done in a while. I bet it's a me issue so I wont even rate it as it wouldn't be fair.
