Kropki Fog

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Most of the grid is covered in fog.
Placing correct digits will clear fog somewhere in the grid.
A white dot between two digits indicates that the digits are consecutive.
A black dot between two digits indicates that one digit is double the other.
