Somedoku Pack: Tabula Rasa

Rules:
Somedoku: Fill each cell with a digit from 1-5. Fill every row 'n' and column 'n' with exactly 'n' different digits, repeating digits as necessary.
Totally Friendly: A digit in a friendly cell matches at least one of the row number (counting top to bottom) or column number (counting left to right). There are exactly 25 friendly cells.
Top Secret Sum: The sum of all digits is 45.
Build Me Up: Divide the grid into 5 regions of orthogonally connected cells, such that every cell is part of exactly one region. Each region contains all instances of its digit. Larger regions contain larger digits.

Huzzah! These reminded me of some of my miracle somedokus. It is actually quite fun to go through the exercise of prooving the solution even if you can see what it is going to be immediately. Thank you for creating and sharing these!
