Dutch Circles

This puzzle was inspired by AFrayedKnot's Peas in a Pod 2 sudoku.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Each digit N in an orange circle counts how many digits in the (up to eight) surrounding cells differ from N by at least 4.

Hello. I came here after "Counting renbans". It's absolutely cool sudoku!
