In short: if a cage is in between, so is its total. Can you figure out the thermodynamics of this mystery killer puzzle?
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat within a cage. If a cage has two orthogonal neighbours, its total must be strictly between them (e.g. if a cage is orthogonally adjacent to cages with totals 13 and 16, its total must be 14 or 15).
