RULES:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Restricted cells:
In each cage, there is a Restricted cell, such that the first X digits are no more than Y, where X is the digit in the Restricted cell and Y is the numerical position of the Restricted cell in the row/column (from left to right / top to bottom). Additionally, the next (X+1st) digit in the row/column must be strictly greater than Y.
Ex: If there was a Restricted cell at R6C7 containing a 3, R6C1-3 would all be from the digits 1-7 and R1-3C7 would all be from the digits 1-6. R6C4 would be from the digits 8-9 and R4C7 would be from the digits 7-9.

Consecutive Kropki dots:
Digits in cells connected by a white dot are consecutive.

Note: I don't know if the "Restricted cells" rule exists elsewhere with a common name. If so, please let me know!
