Rules:Fill the grid with the digits 0-8 such that every row, column, and 3x3 box contains each digit exactly once.
ARROWS: digits on an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits on an arrow may repeat.
BLACK DOTS: digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

Found this VERY hard, the zero provides extra flexibility and is less forcing, and there are some tough things to spot. 4 or 5 star difficulty for me.

Very elegant! Impressively minimal grid, each clue pulled a lot of weight. Closer to *2 for me but a tight solve path for sure
