About This Puzzle
This is the fourth entry in the puzzle series "Dazed Out", where the Sudoku variant "Chaos Construction" is pushed to its limits. This puzzle is one of my proudest constructions so far, and I hope you enjoy it.
RULES
  • 1. Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into 9 regions that all consist of 9 orthogonally connected cells each. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and region once each.
  • 2. Modified Killer: A cell's value equals its digit multiplied by the number of grid edges touched by its region. Digits inside of a cage can't repeat, and their values must sum to the indicated value.
  • 3. Ambiguous Dots: Cells that are separated by a black dot either have a region boundary between them, OR the value of one of them is double the other (0-0 is accepted).
