Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits along a pink line must form a non-repeating group of consecutive digits, but they may appear in any order along the line.
Using red, green, and blue, color all circles such that:
-Orthogonally adjacent circles are different colors.
-The digit inside a circle appears that many times in circles of that color.

Awesome puzzle, really cool logic from start to finish! Took me several sittings to finish it (as well as a little help), but was well and truly worth it at the end!

Great puzzle! After solving your previous installments with this constraint and seeing the title, the number 61 popped into my head immediately and I was excited to see that was the theme. A long, hard and rewarding solve, thanks so much!
