Fortress Fillominto - German Whispers (7x7)

After solving several of the puzzles in this series by ThePedallingPianist, I thought it would be fun to create my own addition to the series, so here it is!

FORTRESS FILLOMINO:
• Divide the grid into orthogonally connected regions and fill each cell with a number (not necessarily single-digit) showing the number of cells in the region to which it belongs;
• Each region must be either strictly larger than all of its orthogonal neighbours or strictly smaller than all of its orthogonal neighbours.
GERMAN WHISPERS:
• Adjacent numbers on a green line must have a difference of at least 5.

A really lovely addition to the series with a very smooth flow! Should be pretty approachable for anyone who has done a few of these already. Thank you :)
