Killer Kropki
Solve online in
Sudokupad.
Apply classic sudoku rules.
A white dot between two dotted outlined regions indicates that the sums within those regions have a difference of one. A black dot between two such regions indicates that one of the sums is twice the other sum. When there is no dot between two regions, they cannot have sums that differ by one or are double. Digits may not be repeated in regions.
Solution code: Column 9

Oh nice, another one of these! I really enjoy this variant.
Though, I suspect I'd like it a lot less without sudokupad's Killer Calculator :P

not actually HARD, but based on the amount of EFFORT required, this should be level 3.
it's barely possible to keep track of the required information within the limits of the software, without needing a scratch pad.
