Selective Arrows

This puzzle was inspired by MSDOS'es Field of View, but in my version, the digits that are larger than the digit on the arrow are skipped, and do not stop summing the smaller digits.

Rules:

  • Normal sudoku rules apply.
  • A digit N on an arrow indicates the sum of all cells in the direction of the arrow (until the edge of the grid) which are smaller than N.

In the following example, the orange 7 is equal to the sum of the green digits 1, 2 and 4. Digits 8 and 9 are skipped because they are greater than 7:
