Rules:
- Place 8 of the digits 1-9 into each row and column.
- Digits in a cage may not repeat. All cages sum to the same number.
- There exist 7 orthogonally connected, non-overlapping, 9-cell regions. These regions do not break up any cages. Place 1-9 into each region. Each of the 5 red boxes contains 1 full region.
- Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. (i.e., one digit will be double the other). Not all dots are given.

Fantastic construction. A few layers of deductions to get through before it starts unraveling. Thanks!
