Overlaps: Every little square is the center of a 3x3 box.
Fill the grid with the numbers from 1 to 9 so that in each row, column, and aforementioned box each digit occurs exactly once.

Digits on double arrows lines sum to the same total as the digits in the attached circles.
Digits outside the grid are skyscraper clues. They give the number of digits in the row or column the clue 'sees'. Digits obscure smaller digits from vision.
