I found an interesting conclusion I discovered before, so I decide to make it into a sudoku.
Rule:
Normal 9x9 Sudoku rules apply.
Kropki Dots: Dominoes joined by a black dot must have a 1:2 ratio. Dominoes joined by a white dot must be consecutive.
X/V: Dominoes joined by an X must sum to 10(X). Dominoes joined by an V must sum to 5(V).
Partial Negative Constraint: All possible white dots completely above Row 7 are given. All possible black dots completely below Row 3 are given. All possible X completely to the left of Column 7 are given. All possible V completely to the right of Column 3 are given. i.e., each type of elements covers a 6x9 region. They are marked in the puzzle to serve as reminders.
P.S. When the 4 4s are removed, this puzzle has exactly 4 solutions!
