Normal sudoku rules apply. Black dots separate cells in the ratio 1:2. 2 of the numbers in a cage must add to the third number in a cage. Cells on green German whisper line must differ by at least 5. 4 numbers in a circle must be assigned to the 4 surrounding cells. Numbers on the outside of the grid are X-sums (the first number next to the sum in that column indicates how many of that column sum to the number outside. For e.g. a 14 outside the grid with a 3 next to it means that the first 3 numbers in that column sum to 14).
