Numbers in each cage may not repeat and add up to a different total in each cage. The sums of the numbers in cages with the same colour have the same highest prime divisor.
Numbers in the same position in their boxes (disjoint groups) may not be the same.
The number five cannot be orthogonally adjacent to the number one.
Cells separated by a black dot are in the ratio of 2:1. Not all black dots are given.

Cool idea and well executed. Quite tricky for me, hard to say how much of that was just trying to keep track.
