Rules:
Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.
A circle counts how many digits in the surrounding 3x3 of cells have a certain even/odd parity.
Whether each circle counts even or odd parity is up to the solver to determine.

A circle counts itself, e.g. a circle could be 9, and the entire 3x3 block around it would then have to be the same parity.
