Rules:
Place the digits 1-9 once each into every row, column, and box.
Digits in a circle count the number of digits in the surrounding 3x3 of (up to 9) cells centered on the circle that are not consecutive with any other digit within that 3x3 of cells.

I rate this as very hard. There are too many times I had to keep a chain of five values in my head to find a logical contradiction. Not exactly bifurcating but close. I tried to use colours but they made it worse.
