Rules:
NEARLY normal sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 0-8 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Friendly Counting Circles: A digit in a circle indicates how many of the (up to 9) cells in the surrounding 3x3 area are friendly cells, including the cell with the circle. A cell is a friendly cell if its digit is equal to the cell's row, column, and/or box number. Rows, columns, and boxes are still numbered 1-9.
Solution code: Row 1
