1) Classic Sudoku rules apply:
Place a digit 1-9 into each cell of the grid. Each row, column and boldly outlined 3x3 box must contain every digit 1-9 once.
2) Extra Region Sudoku rules apply:
The gray region must contain every digit 1-9 once.
3) Arrow Sudoku rules apply:
The digits on each arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle.
