I made this puzzle following Scojo's prompt to make a puzzle using quadruple clues and dual clues.
- Normal sudoku rules apply.

Full Rank (reverse):
- The digits on columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 36 numbers of nine digits each.
- Clues outside the grid show the rank for the indicated row/column among those 36 numbers, where the highest is 1 and the lowest is 36.

Skyscraper Sums:
- Clues outside the grid also indicate the sum of all seen digits of the row/column from the direction of the clue. For that effect, digits block any lower digits from being seen.
- Digits in a big circle must appear in the surrounding four cells as many times as they appear in the circle.

Reverse ranking did my head in - made so many mistakes! But if you can get your brain the right way round, not too difficult, and a good solve. Thanks!

Combination of skyscrapers sums and full rank made for a smooth solve. Max 3 * imo. Only the reverse rule tried to get me off track at times. Thanks for this beauty.
