Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply, requiring that each row, column, and 3×3 box contains the digits 1-9 exactly once. Additionally:
    ·Toroidal Grid: The grid wraps around both horizontally and vertically.
    ·Main Diagonal: Every 9×9 Sudoku grid in the plane has 1–9 on its main diagonal.
    ·Region Sum Lines: The blue line has equal sums in each region it passes through.
    ·Separator Dots: Digits between consecutive yellow dots along the blue line are all different.
    ·Anti-Knight: Cells a knight's move apart cannot contain the same digit.
    ·Inequality: Inequality signs between two cells point toward the smaller digit.
