Whispering Windmill
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Renban: Digits along a purple line form a set of consecutive digits in any order.
Dutch Whisper: Adjacent digits along an orange line must have a difference of at least 4.
Little Killer: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits along the indicated diagonal.
Greater Than: The greater than symbol points towards the smaller number.

Amazing puzzle, I really enjoyed testing it, especially when the windmill effect kicked in.
