I had the idea of combining "regional constraints" with "two truths and a lie" for a while. Recently Scojo issued a setting challenge where this seemed like a perfect fit. According to testers (thanks everyone!) it should be 4-5 stars for difficulty. Special thanks to ChinStrap for testing it on stream. Hope you enjoy!
A summary of the global constraints: The first five all violate a rule. The last one is allowed.
Évier de Cuisine by gdc uses Regional Constraints.
Cagey Architects by ChinStrap and gdc uses Two Truths And A Lie.
We're All Mad Here by gdc is comparable in terms of Foggy Weirdness.
Solution code: Column 8 top to bottom (9 digits)

Tested this before it went on LMG. Absolutely loved it. What gem, and what a genius setting. Very hard. But every single step is so fair and beautiful once you spot them. Thanks

Absolutely loved this one. It is hard yes but the fog keeps the questions focused so every step of the way you aren't feeling lost. The logic was fun fresh and tons of beautiful steps.

An instant classic from gdc, a lot to unpack while feeling fair the entire way through the solve. It's exactly what I wanted it to be and then some.
