Battle With The Archers 41: The Fate of Three Worlds (refined)
(Published on 1. March 2026, 03:00 by Playmaker6174)
At the current point, I feel like I have finished the drafting part for the second part of my latest Pentominoes Loop puzzle but I don't think I can get it done anytime soon so apologize for that. To be fair, I don't really want to rush too quickly for that either and so, to compensate for that...
The following puzzle is the 41st puzzle of my Battle With The Archers collection and also the newest entry of my Three Worlds mini-series, where I try to explore some advanced arrow mechanics and put them together to make some unique puzzles. The mini-series has a chronological order in a sense and yeah, there will likely only be like one or two last entries after this one.
If you're wondering then no, you're not hallucinating because in this case it's actually an entirely refined version of the original puzzle.
I published the original puzzle over two years ago and even though it still received some good feedback for a while, I wasn't happy with it during my revisit of the series right before last New Year's Eve as it was too chewy for my current taste, therefore I had taken down the puzzle and then considered another rare reworking exception shortly after that. Compared to the original, it is much less difficult now but still offers plenty of interesting deductions in the first half. In case of getting stuck, just remember that every arrow clue has some role in the solve path.
For now, do enjoy the puzzle and I'll also upload the original version as in the hidden comment as well.
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow.
Puzzle: F-puzzle -

Good luck and have fun solving!

Pleased to see this one revised. A tough cookie but perseverance won through in the end. I still have a few of your original 40 to complete so will get to look at them shortly. Thanks for a great series.
I managed to solve number 22 which had two parts in less time than this one!!
