Dial Dynamics (Clock Faces, Wheels)

This puzzle was made for a prompt where isajo4002 asked me to suggest the theme, and I went with Rotation because two of my favorite variants are rotation-based. Hope you enjoy solving the puzzle, and if you like it, check out my other Clock Faces Puzzles!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Clock Faces: Four digits around a circle must strictly increase starting from one of the four cells and going clockwise (white circle) or going anticlockwise (black circle).
Wheels: Digits shown in a grey circle must be placed in the same circular order in the four cells touched by the circle. The circles must be rotated to the correct orientation by 0°, 90°, 180°, or 270°.

It was really hard for me to start, maybe because Im not used with clock faces. But after this it was really enjoyable. Thanks!
