Made for Crusader175's prompt, "Rotation".
- Standard sudoku rules apply. The digits 1 through 9 appear in every row, column, and box.
- Arrows. The sum of digits along an arrow must be equal to the number in the circle from which the arrow emerges.
- Double Arrows. The sum of digits along a gray line must be equal to the sum of numbers in the two connected circles or pills.
- Pills. The multi-digit numbers in pills are read in standard reading order (left-to-right, top-to-bottom).
- Mad Flip-Over. If the entire grid is rotated 180° around its center, all clues remain valid.
Here is a 4x4 example (using digits 0-3 instead of the usual 1-4) demonstrating the ruleset, shown in both orientations. The faint arrows in the pills show the reading directions. You can click on either image if you wish to try solving it yourself.

, which also has clues that remain valid even after transforming the grid (in that case, deleting columns instead of rotating the grid).
Solution code: The 10 digits along the central double arrow, going clockwise.
