I combined Greatest Line with Fortress and found the interactions with the Region Sum lines particularly interesting. I hope you enjoy the puzzle. Feel free to leave a comment if you did. I’d rate the difficulty around high 3 to low 4.

Rules:

• Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Greatest Line: On each olive line, exactly one cell has a value greater than the sum of any other two cells on that line.
• Fortress: All cells on an olive line act as fortress (minimum) cells. Each such cell must contain a value strictly smaller than every orthogonally adjacent cell that is not on that olive line.
• Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide each blue line into segments with the same sum.
• Kropki Pairs: A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are shown.
