This is one of my favourite ever puzzles - at least the way I solved it. Not too hard when you think about it right: two things stand out - there is a remarkable break of high/low symmetry, and the consistent flow of deductions which all require a little thought right through the solve till nearly the end. A real gem of a puzzle, right in the sweet spot.

the sudoku is easy enough, but the amount of preparation, done on paper separately, to reduce the almost 30 sets to EXACTLY 18 (serendipitously), puts this into level 3
