Chaos Construction: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column, and orthogonally connected region, to be determined by the solver.
Split Peas: On each green (and yellow) line, the digits between bulbs sum to a concatenation of the cells in the bulbs. For example: 1_247_3: 2 + 4 + 7 = 13
Wormholes: Each split pea line is a wormhole, from one bulb to the other, through another region (which contains all cells on that line). Wormhole cells are considered orthogonally adjacent and share the same region. Sub-regions split by a wormhole may not connect to or border each other orthogonally. A sub-region can have multiple wormholes.
Killer Cages: Digits in cages sum to the value in the top left corner of the cage.
Clarifications: The yellow line is only colored different to make it easier to distinguish from the overlapping green line. Two different lines cross at r5c3 to r6c4 and r5c4 to r6c3. Count each cell digit on a line only once, including dead ends.

Added colorblind version

Is it possible to add a version with more color blind friendly colors? Typically blue and orange are a good combo. Thank you!
--------------
I added the colorblind version. although I did not change the ruleset to reflect it, I think you will be able to understand that the colors are purely cosmetic and follow the same ruleset!
Hope you enjoy it.
