For Scojo's weekly setting prompt, combining duality and quadruples. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Quadruples: Digits in white circles must be present at least once in the cells the clue touches.
Duality: All lines are both Modular lines and Ten lines. Ten lines contain digits that can be broken into one or more non-overlapping contiguous groups that sum to ten. Any run of three consecutive cells on a modular line must contain three digits with different remainders divided by 3, i.e. one from (1, 4, 7), one from (2, 5, 8), and one from (3, 6, 9). Lines of length two only need to contain two different modular groups.
Solution code: Row 5

experienced solvers will be able to do this fairly easily. no advanced TECHNIQUES are needed.
however, you need to be able to RECOGNIZE certain PATTERNS that exist in modular lines and 10 lines, and that can only be obtained from EXPERIENCE.
hint: 258 are restricted
