Another fun one! It took me a bit to figure out how to resolve two possibilities at the end - with edge cells being allowed to connect to the grid's edge (like r1c2), I had begun to think of the grid edge as part of the network, rather than just a place where otherwise "dead ends" are allowed.
Also, the English version of the rules has a slight error: "Dead ends are allowed" should probably read "Dead ends are NOT allowed"

Yes, the best idea is to think of the correct solution as a one connected network. What do you mean by dead ends? They can exist in this puzzle eg. all little dashes that connect to the grid are dead ends but also inside the network there are many dead ends.
Generally I'd appreciate some suggestions how to rephrase the rules if anything is unclear but I wouldn't change it to "dead ends are not allowed" especially that someone advised my to add the rule that "dead ends are allowed" :)
