The following paragraphs present the rules in the form of a story, rules are laid out more explicitly after following the puzzle link.
After a long day at work, you chose to unwind by solving an arrow and thermometer Sudoku, which used the digits 0-8 for some reason. It ended up being such a good puzzle that you decide to print out another copy and rush over to show your friend Simon as well.
Unfortunately, you were in such a rush that the weather took you by surprise and you got caught in a really bad thunderstorm, which ended up washing away most of the ink on the puzzle. You can still make out all of the thermometer and arrow circles, but almost all of the connecting lines got washed away, and you can't tell which remaining lines are arrows and which are thermometers.
Luckily, you do remember a couple things which might help you piece the puzzle back together - You remember that every arrow was a different length, and every thermometer was a different length, but you can't seem to remember where any of them were positioned. You also happened to notice that the digits in the very top left of the grid were the sum of all of the arrow circles.
You don't have any reason to go see Simon without the puzzle, can you manage to reconstruct the puzzle for Simon based on the pieces you have left, or will you have to walk back home through the terrible rainstorm?

Is each blue line part of its own line or can blue lines mix?
Burning Curtains - They can mix - drawn lines can contain any amount of blue lines

NO MORE OR LESS does mean equal, but I phrased it that way to give a helpful nudge in the right direction
