Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
For accessibility, lines have been marked with an abbreviation to distinguish them as an alternative to the line's colour.
Cells connected by a pink Renban [RN] line form a set of consecutive digits, in any order, without repeats.
Adjacent digits along a green German Whisper [GW] line must differ by at least 5.
Adjacent digits along an orange Dutch Whisper [DW] line must differ by at least 4.
Box borders divide a blue Region Sum [RS] line into segments with the same sum. Distinct segments of the line within the same box count as separate sums.
All the digits in a Quadruple's white circle must be assigned to at least one of the surrounding cells.
Digits in cells joined by an X sum to 10. Digits in cells joined by an V sum to 5.
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells joined by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio.
Not all Xs, Vs or dots are necessarily given.

Thank you for naming the lines it is very important to color blind people like me, but I still find very dificult to distinguish the boundaries between RN and RS.
pagedo: @Galeazziale - I added a thin white line to all the non-Region Sum lines for further accessability.
