The Siege

The soldiers have dug in and surrounded the orange base hidden in the fog. Your mission is to navigate the battlefield to reach the gates and storm the base.

Rules:

1. Normal Sudoku Rules Do NOT Apply. Place the digits 1 to 9 twice in every column, twice in every row, and once in every 3x3 box.

2. German Whispers Lines. Adjacent digits on a green line differ by at least 5.

3. Dutch Whispers Lines. Adjacent digits on an orange line differ by at least 4.

4. Renban Lines. Digits on a purple line form a consecutive set of digits in any order.

5. Palindrome Lines. Digits on a grey palindrome line read the same from both ends.

6. Fog. Parts of the grid are covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear some of the fog elsewhere in the grid. No guesswork is required.

7. Arrows. Arrows point to the first cell in a straight line sequence of digits and indicate the direction the sequence goes. The digits of this sequence sum to a two-digit number. The first digit in the sequence is the tens value of this sum, and the second digit in the sequence is the ones value of this sum. The third digit in the sequence is the length of the sequence. Digits can repeat in a sequence if allowed by other rules. (For Example: 1-7-5-2-2 is a valid sequence as the digits sum to 17 and is 5 digits long)

This puzzle is inspired by large jigsaw puzzles where it could be solved in one sitting or solved over a few sessions. During testing, solves often took four to six hours. There is a solve path using logic consistent with a 3-4 star difficulty puzzle.
