- Place the digits 1-5 once each in every row, column, and irregular region.
POINTLESS ARROWS
- A digit N on a puce arrow indicates a cell N steps away in the indicated direction.

Had to read the rules 5 times until I understood what "indicates a cell" mean.
Then I needed to read the rules of the solution code 3 times...
In between - enjoyed it very much :)

Why am I just learning there is a copy cells button that can be turned on. I am constantly struggling on mobile when entering solution codes on here. Thanks for the puzzle and tip Michael.
