Smaller Territories

This is the seventh installment in my "Territories" puzzle series. I'm quite happy with how this one came together.

If you haven't already you may also want to check out the 5x5 puzzle I posted yesterday with the same ruleset which can act as a warm-up or snack if you want something easier to get familiar with the rules:
Logic Masters
Rules:
Sudoku: Fill the grid with digits 1–9 so that each digit appears exactly once in every row and column.
Regions: Divide the grid into regions of orthogonally connected cells such that every cell belongs to a region. Each region contains exactly one circle. The digit in a circle gives the size of its region. Digits may not repeat within a region.
If a circle contains digit n then exactly n-1 orthogonally adjacent regions (regions sharing an edge) must be smaller in size than that region.
Cells separated by a blue dot must belong to different regions.

Nice puzzle - it definitely helped to have done the example first to get my head round the rules.
